How We Do It

We always get asked how a US manufacturer can compete with off-shore assemblers. There are many off-shore suppliers that are much bigger than we are and we don't assemble every possible type of IC. But the packages that we do assemble, we do it better than anyone in the world. The primary advantage of an off-shore assembly house is the cost of labor. Because of our highly automated and optimized manufacturing, the labor content is almost $0. We don't have intentions of being the biggest, but we do intend to be the best. If its a QFN style package (ceramic, plastic, organic, LCP, etc.) we can build it better and at a lower cost.

By automating every step of the IC assembly process we work to drive the labor cost to near $0, providing our customers with a short predictable lead time and a very low cost. We will work with you to ensure that every step of the manufacturing process is optimized for the best possible cost and the highest performance.

Production Process Management

For each new product, we extend our existing, stringent, ISO 9001 documented process to cover any new requirements and to ensure that we are building the product in the most efficient way. High quality and extremely high yield rates are a natural outcome of our manufacturing process. Our operators have ALL been with us for more than 7 years, and each of them has the authority and responsibility to shut down any system or process if there is even the slightest variance.
